About the Author
UXE White Paper was written and designed by Howard Kiewe. Howard is a user experience consultant based in Montreal, Canada. He has provided user research and design services for software, telecommunications, and medical device manufacturers located in Canada, the US, and Europe.
Howard is currently working with McGill University's Centre for Intelligent Machines to develop the user interface for a high-definition video camera that will be deployed on the floor of the Pacific Ocean and controlled remotely by scientists across Canada.
